The ULTRA DELUXE 3 bedroom home with KING EN SUITE, features 2 brand new Walk-in showers, a portable Bidet, Full Kitchen, Dining area, Spacious living room and large outdoor area. There’s a full-size washer/dryer for your convenience. We also have central air and WiFi.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. When it’s time to rest, you will find in the home three cozy and comfortable bedrooms that offer a peaceful night’s sleep. Each bedroom is equipped and features comfortable furnishings and ample storage space to help you feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms are new, modern and well maintained.
One of the highlights of this rental is the outdoor space. Step outside to a fully-fenced backyard, where you can savor your morning coffee, relax and grill out. The fenced backyard, allows you to let your furry companions run freely.
Dade City itself is a charming town. Downtown Dade City has a unique blend of small-town charm while also having modern conveniences. There are many local shops to explore and delicious restaurants to dine in. The town is filled with boutiques, small book stores, antique shopping, great cafes, restaurants, wine bar and brewery.
Through out the year, the town hosts several seasonal events for all ages to help make your stay with us even more memorable. The home is located near both St. Leo University and Pasco Hernando State College. The home is also centrally located to many attractions such as skydiving at Skydive City, Busch Gardens, iFLY Tampa, Epperson Lagoon as well as many more other attractions.

Host was very accommodating and communication was great. The property was clean and priced appropriately. There is a coffee pot and toaster but there are only a total of 8 dinner plates and 9 bowls. Nothing in between. It was fine for us, but may be problematic for a larger group of people who are eating in. There were no paper products aside from TP and no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. Again, ok for us as we had brought our own, but something to be aware of. Lastly, it is on a busy street and the front bedroom has a lot of traffic noise. Backing out of the driveway can be challenging. As I said, overall the house met our needs and communication was great. Would rent again if in the area.

Just as advertised. In our opinion, great location. Short ride to Lake Jovita, restaurants & grocery. Would recommend.

The home was beautifully decorated and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It looked like the photos I would have rated it a 5 However the cleanliness was below expectations. There were no clean kitchen towels available — they had been left soaking in the washing machine, so we went ahead and finished the laundry ourselves.Some groceries and food crumbs was left in the cabinet. A few dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The bathroom rugs seemed stained and possibly hadn’t been freshly washed, and we found one placed on the window sill. There was also some hair left behind in the master shower.We understand that oversights can happen, but since a cleaning fee is part of the booking, we wanted to kindly share this feedback to help improve future guests experience.
