Great little condo in walking distance to the beach and we also got really good communication from the host. We would stay here again.

Very close to the beach. Although there are many apartments/condominiums in the building, it was very quiet and peaceful at night. Being pet-friendly is a definite plus but the grounds could be maintained a little better because of the amount of stickers. The hot tub could use some maintenance as the jets were not very strong although the temperature was hot and somewhat relaxing. The check out time of 10am seems a little early but understandable if necessary. The door mechanism to our unit was also in need of some maintenance as it was difficult to secure the latch without using some force. Overall, though, the property was very clean, accessible and the amenities were great. I would definitely stay again when and if I come back to the island.
