About this apartment rental
This cozy two story apartment is perfect for up to 5 guests (4 adults and one child). On the ground floor there is a open space kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, dining area, living room area with large sofa and flatscreen TV and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Main bedroom has one double bed and one single childrens bed and a balcony with seating area. Second room has two single beds.On the outside there is a terrace with seating area next to the herb garden, 2 parking spaces, shared BBQ and shared hot tub (with one other apartment).

CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.
- Pets are allowed only with previous request and possible additional payment!

- Shared hot tub is available from 15th of April until 15th of November
Only 400 meters from the apartment you can enjoy swimmng or diving at one of the beaches. For adventurers, eager for adrenaline, Sabunike offers an unforgettable experience of windsurfing or kite-sailing due to the strong wind, the bura, that blows from Velebit. After Bol on Brač, Sabunike is the most famous surfing destination. Walking along the observation deck, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the junction of the sea and the Velebit mountain, and if you happen to be there in the morning, you will be the first to see the sun that day! Wir hatten eine von 2 tollen authentischen Wohnungen im Haus von Marija und ihrem Mann. Die unglaublich liebevollen Vermieter wohnen ebenso in einer 3. Einheit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern selbst am besten mit einem Übersetzer geht, ein bisschen Englisch und deutsch ging aber ;-). Die Wohnungen sind beide sehr gut ausgestattet, unsere hatte sogar 2 Toiletten. Da mein Vater die 2. Wohnung gemietet hatte, konnten wir gut hintereinander auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück mit einem Kombi und einem Bus parken. Der Check in war super flexibel, da vor und nach uns niemand war. Wir lieben die Gegend um Sabunike schon viele Jahre. Authentic Holiday ist hier wirklich ausschließlich ein sehr freundlicher und schnell antwortender Vermittler. Wir würden uns freuen wenn es mal wieder so klappen würde.
