With exclusive access to the house and grounds, your group will enjoy complete privacy during your stay.
This spacious home features nine bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two kitchens, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. With multiple large indoor spaces, there’s ample room to spread out or come together for shared meals, games, and conversations. Situated on over an acre of lush, unspoiled grounds, the property combines privacy, natural beauty, and peace of mind, as it’s safely located outside the tsunami zone.
The outdoor amenities are designed for fun and relaxation. Gather around the new fire pit for evenings filled with laughter and s’mores, grill up a feast on the gas BBQ, or enjoy a game of ping pong with family and friends. Guests love the gazebo and exploring the woodsy surroundings, and there are plenty of puzzles and games for cozy nights indoors. Whatever your group’s interests, the Manzanita Schoolhouse has something for everyone.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

We recently had a family reunion for our six children and their spouses and grandchildren. We always struggle finding a space, large enough and one that has kitchen and dining area to accommodate everybody. The Manzanita School house was the perfect spot! It was clean large and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 19 of us! The grounds are beautiful And private. We loved using the fire pit every evening and we grill burgers and dogs on their gas grill. It was great! Everyone felt comfortable and had plenty of space. We can’t stop talking about how awesome this day was!

Multi-family group. Plenty of bedroom configurations and bathrooms to fit our needs. Fun and safe yard to play in when not at beach. Large and open dining and living areas upstairs with recreation room and extra family room downstairs.
