Welcome to Phoenix V 1512, a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 15th floor that comfortably sleeps up to eight guests.
This open concept retreat features a bright and inviting living area with plenty of seating, a flat screen TV, and access to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf, perfect for taking in the stunning beachfront views. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal preparation along with a large dining table for gathering together.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds, making it a great setup for families or groups. A second full bathroom with a shower and tub combination is conveniently accessible from the hallway.
For added convenience, the unit also includes a full size washer and dryer.

Very nice view of the beach, The condo was very spacious, we loved having the recliner. The kids loved having the splash pad, and the elevator was no wait! The only thing was the A/C had a weird noise when it came on & the washer is really loud also.

We loved the unit!!! Very clean, and perfect view of everything. It even had a box of beach toys in a closet which was a nice surprise!

The view was beautiful. The uniy was only moderately clean. The dryer took two to three cyles to dry clothes. The main tv would not connect to wifi, even agter a tech came to look at it. We could not watch anything till they brought us a new remote. Beds were clean nut pretty hard and uncomfortable. Price was ok but we expected the unit to have a better working order. The vacum cleaner would not turn on either. Just hoped for better experience.
