About this house rental

To fully enjoy a holiday of maximum tranquility, privacy and comfort. Holiday home with private swimming pool, private garden of approx. 220 m2, 3 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed, 2 kitchens. The house accommodates a maximum of 8 people. Internal and external cleaning including swimming pool are included in the price. sheets towels pool towels are included. There are air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer and much more.

Possibility to use the swimming pool only in the months from May to September.
Prices are inclusive of cleaning costs, for towels, pool towels and sheets.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The price/value is great. The shown pictures doesn’t do the property right, it’s way better. Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, full kitchen and great garden with pool. We will be back!

The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and mostly private. Not sure if the apartment above is a rental but the people were extremely noisy. Check in was a bit of an issue as the sat nav said we had arrived and we were still about a mile away. Luckily we texted the manager and he came and found us. The pool was beautiful and the manager came most days to clean it and sweep the garden. I would certainly recommend staying here. Oh, and the view was exceptional. Thank you

Very, very nice place. My daughters and I will always remember our VRBO in Moneglia! If we return to this part of Italy again we will definitely stay at this very spot. We all loved it!

Reading previous evaluations i was a bit hecitant for our holiday in this appartment. But we enjoyed our week more than enough! The three bedrooms were spacious and neat. The bathrooms are great (yes the shower cabin is a bit small but this did not bother me) when two people are showering the waterpower decreases a little…but again that did not prevent me from having a good time. The outside are, two sitting areas and the pool are great! The house is well maintained and during the week the pool is cleaned. Something that can be improved is the contact, the two contacts do not speak English which made it difficult finding the residence, checking in etcetera. Renting to non-Italians is common so I would recommend improving the communication. That is my only point of critique, the rest was great and would recommend this residence and renter to everyone!.
