The serene backyard is uniquely spacious for the downtown area and is fully-furnished from the dining table with seating for 6-8, the umbrella covered sofa and chairs and even a bar top table with seating for another 4.
Back inside, the dining room is perfect for entertaining with seating for 8-10. Relax around the comfortable furnished family room with a large flatscreen TV. Head upstairs to the second level with three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with a full size bed and a renovated full bathroom. There's also a dedicated work space on the 2nd floor with a desk and chair.
The home is perfect for families looking to visit the sites of Annapolis or Navy families who would like to be just a few blocks from the Academy.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We could walk to everything easily - Dock Street, shops, restaurants, state house, naval academy, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to the Naval Academy! Worked perfectly for commissioning week. So easy and fast to walk to events on the yard. Even if you forgot something, you could run back and get it.
Ample space with three nice size bedrooms. Nice kitchen and living area. Beautiful patio space where we hosted a commissioning celebration grill out with family. And we also hosted a rehearsal dinner the night before our son’s wedding on the patio with ample space for catering set up from Chipotle. Overall very clean and nice. We loved working with i-trip - no hassles and clear communication at all times!!

Beautiful historic home with modern conveniences, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, two smart TVs and nice fenced backyard. Excellent email and text communication with property management. Will stay again.
