- There is ongoing construction around the Resort. **** Construction is set to begin around this condo on October 31st. ***The balcony will not be accessible.***
- All common areas and amenities like the pools, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Shores of Panama. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- The following are prohibited: Smoking, Vaping, Parties, Events, Unauthorized Guests, Pets, etc.
- Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM
- Wristbands must be worn at all times when onsite
- Parking passes must always be displayed when onsite

The two bedroom had everything you need for comfortable vacation. The sunsets from balcony were amazing. I mention this only because of the response that was given we reported the ice maker in fridge didn't produce ice and was told maintenance would check it out but there was no follow up from staff. I think the sofa and love seat is near its life span. The place was very clean as well as the bathrooms around the pool area which tells me the staff care about it's guests.

We stayed in unit 1027, wonderful view, clean, up to date, comfortable bed. I’ve seen bad reviews about the elevators but we had no problems, the parking deck on the other hand… not made for larger vehicles, very tight turns, we only went out for dinner one night because of this, thankful to have a reserved spot on our floor though.

The condo was clean, nice and had a great view! Our only complaints are with the Panama Shores resort itself. The parking deck is terrible, took 10 minutes to get to the tenth floor parking spot. There is no additional parking, so if you have family or friends they can't park and visit. Staff at Panama Shores are rude! They did not speak or say hello, and acted like they were bothered if you had a question. The resort is right next to Pineapple Willy's which is great to get food quickly but this makes it a very busy area
