Welcome to C30609. This 3.5 bedroom 3 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Condo features, King size bed and Queen Sofa bed in the master bedroom, 2 Full Beds in the second bedroom, 1 King bed in the third bedroom, Twin bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, and 2 Queen Sofa Sleeper Sofas in the Living Room,. Large separate walk-in laundry room with full-size laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and Granite countertops.
Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Game room, Wide Walkway to the beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24-hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. 4-bedroom, 3 full bathrooms. Well-kept condos; excellent ocean view.The beach is awesome; just take water shoes as there were a lot of seashells. It is also in a small dip, sort of. Sargassum was present one day due to the wind, and it wasn't cleaned up. Pools with slides are great for kids. The guitar-shaped pool has a swim-up bar. Great service by Lenin. The downfall is that although the pools are cleaned daily, the water is still cloudy.If you are looking for a quiet scene and relaxation, this is your place. If you are looking to party, this isn't your place to stay.During our stay, there was live music, which was great.Great food at the restaurant and great prices. Great service by Brian. During our stay, there was a power outage, which is common. However, if it is during the weekend, it will be a hot weekend. Luckily, our outage was on a Friday, which allowed city workers to fix the issue. The power was restored within an hour and minutes. After the power was restored, it affected services the next morning, such as elevators, Wi-Fi, phones, and AC (settings reset). Downfall (30-minute drive to downtown setting): There are only two elevators for the 15 floors, which take a long time, and sometimes it's best to use the stairs if you're able to. The road to the condos needs to be paved; it is a long dirt road. The GPS will take you through another dirt road, which is not suitable for vehicles. If traveling in from downtown, it is easy to miss the sign for the condos.
