About this house rental
Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or simply a change of scenery, Tides on Noosa Pde offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your Noosa getaway. Right across from the Noosa River, you have access to the gorgeous esplanade, cafes restaurants and picnic areas. Or walk 10 minutes down the road and find yourself on Noosa Main Beach or shopping the boutiques of Hastings Street.
The space
This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom, 2-storey villa part of a small complex is your perfect holiday destination being placed right across from the Noosa River, a short walk from the vibrant Hastings Street and the world-famous Noosa beach.
Step inside to discover a welcoming open plan living area, recently renovated with fresh paint and new furnishings, including a fully equipped kitchen and a 6-seater dining room table.
Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms and both bathrooms, offering a peaceful retreat for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom with ensuite boasts a plush queen bed and a small balcony overlooking the river, providing a picturesque setting for morning coffee. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third can either be a king sized bed or two separate single beds, depending on your preference. There is a second living area upstairs for those seeking a quiet space.
Outside downstairs, a private patio awaits, perfect for enjoying BBQs with friends or family.
Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool -shared with other members of the complex - or simply lounge by the water's edge as you soak up the laid-back atmosphere.
There is a garage available for guest use which houses one car with remote access and off street parking options in addition.
Right across the road, and within view from the master balcony, you will find a beautiful, shaded park with a playground that backs on to the Noosa River and ferry terminal. The ever-popular restaurants at Quamby place such as Ricky's, are also just across the road.. a perfect position for a lunch or dinner with stunning views.

The cleanliness and presentation of the property plus the location. Just a 10 to 15 min walk into Hasting St. Small village opposite with great cafe for breakfast or early dinner.
