(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The home is large for a big family and has everything you need. It is in a great location and has nice views. We enjoyed the playing pool and soaking in hot tub. The home just wasn't very clean and shows a lot of use. Overall, would stay again but some deep cleaning and updates is needed.

The house is beautiful, big and spacious. We had 9 people in our crew and never felt crowded. Front and back decks were enjoyable. Walk out deck on the bottom floor was very nice. Loved the pool table, used it all weekend. Great location.

This house is a very nice house in a great location. We did have some issues with the dishwasher & spoke to the management company, who didn't do a single thing! Never even called us back to see how the problem was. There was har in the master shower drain & looked like old puke on the walls in the same shower. Seems like the cleaning company didn't do a very good job. @nd rental thru VACASA, can't say I am impressed with this company-at all!
