Welcome to 1 Nassau!
This 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bathroom home located on the Canals of Key Allegro is perfect for a large family and friends get-away. You will have beautiful views of the Canal and the Outdoor space is ideal for entertaining & outdoor living! With a private boat tie up and fish cleaning station provided, the deck is perfect for fishing and family fun!
Grab a glass of Wine and enjoy the Canal views from the Patio - Perfect for catching a beautiful sunset at night or an early sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee! The Patio has plenty of seating areas and includes a Gas Grill for guests to use. With a private Boat Slip just pull up to the back deck after a day on the water.
The large Living Room is the perfect place to enjoy family fun night after a long day at the Beach! Enjoy everyone's favorite Movie on the comfy couch (Cable provided)! Note: The Indoor Fireplace is non-functional.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a home-cooked meal (or that catch of the day!) and also includes both a Keurig and Drip Coffee maker (we provide a starter amount of ground coffee, creamer and sugar), Oven/Stove, Utensils, Cookware, Microwave, Toaster, etc.
The upstairs Master Bedroom has a King bed, large Seating area and a private patio with beautiful views of the Canal! The En-suite Bathroom has a large soaker tub/shower combo and a large vanity with separate dual sinks. NOTE: TV has been removed.
The 2nd Bedroom upstairs has 1 King size bed. NOTE: TV has been removed.
The 3rd Bedroom upstairs has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and two Twin Beds, perfect for the Kiddos after a long day at the Beach! NOTE: TV has been removed.
The Hall Bathroom has a Shower/Tub combo and sink.
There is also a Half Bathroom Downstairs located off the Living Room.
NOTE: Vehicles are not allowed to Park in the Garage. The Garage also contains a separate Ice Maker as well as the Washer/Dryer (detergent included) that is available for guests' use.
The Community Pool is 2 mins away and you are only a few minutes from downtown Rockport and Fulton areas along with Rockport's Cove Harbor Marina and the Aransas Pass Conn Brown Marina - both with boat launches and bait stands. Enjoy spending time eating out at several wonderful local restaurants and shopping at the multitude of amazing local businesses. The Rockport/Fulton area is well known for its many year-round festivals, Market Days, art galleries, fishing and birding! Let 1 Nassau be your next Vacation!!! Book Today!!!
The Laundry Room has a Washer/Dryer (detergent included) that is available for guests' use.
We provide free Wifi, Hair Dryers, Hangers, Bathroom Towels, Linens, Shampoo and Conditioner, as well as a starter amount of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Detergent, Hand Soap, etc. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and high-end linens as we want our guests to enjoy the home as their own.

It was great! Great location. Easy to get around..a great property. Only issue was the weird smell which I believe was due to pet urine on the rugs. We communicated that with the property manager. There were also not a lot of paper towels, dishwasher soap and garbage bags. There was no dish soap at all.
