We enjoyed our stay with Outpost. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was also a convenient drive to downtown Jackson and easy access to the parks. We would defintrly recommend to anyone staying near Jackson!

The condo itself is very nice and in a pretty good location if you're visiting GTNP or Jackson; however, the service was not five-star worthy. To start, maintenance and attention could have been better. There were 2 big gashes in the sliding screen door, several decorative pillows were ripped & shredded, there were 2 teaspoons, yet 18 butter knives, and worst of all, the light in the tub & toilet area looked like it might have been a 40-watt bulb, or less... it was so DARK & DINGY. The biggest issue, however, was that the tub had no tread strips, texture, grit, or mat, and was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY and treacherous. We reached out to management first thing in the morning. No answer but an hour later I called again and left a message -and an hour after that, I finally got a text from them telling me that they'd try to find a mat and would get back to me soon. About 4 or 5 hours went by, and I still hadn't heard back, so I texted again - and didn't hear back until a couple hours after that - and then they told me they couldn't get a mat. It's bad enough that the tub/shower was so dangerously slippery, but the worst part was the lack of communication for what was almost the entire day... and then they would't just go get a mat (to ultimately benefit their own unit to make it safer).
