Excellent location to visit numerous beautiful beaches. Home was comfortable & meet all our needs. Added perks like kindness of home owners leaving a souvenir towel, beach supplies & snacks made us feel right at home

This is a tough one. I think I’ll go with pros and cons.Pros1. Spotlessly clean2. Well-stocked - The owners have provided everything you could possibly need for your trip.3. Angela with Evolve (manages the property) is very easy to work with.4. Pets welcome for a small fee and yard is fenced.5. Low price point6. Quiet neighborhood Cons1. Water pressure is horrible, I don’t think I got the shampoo out of my hair the whole week. It’s strongest in the kitchen, but still not good. 2. Soft water - combined with the lack of pressure, it was awful. It’s so soft you never feel like you’ve gotten clean. 3. The house is in a neighborhood and the rest of the homes were not well kept at all. I understand that this happens because of no HOAs to monitor. It was fine for us (2 adults, 2 dogs) and we weren’t there except at night. I wouldn’t stay again unless something could be done about the water.
