This Beautiful Newly Remodeled, 2 Bed/2 Bath Condo near the shores of Table Rock Lake, Located in the 200 building of the Getaways at Kimberling Crossing. The ground level condo is newly remodeled, has a private deck, and has views of the Kimberling City Bridge, Table Rock Lake, and both the Sunset/Sunrise views. We have a Play pen, high chair, & a toddler bed (3 to 5 years old) for families. World-class fishing, indoor and outdoor pools, Six Pickleball Courts, Basketball, 2 Kids Tree Houses/with climbing wall & swings. Close to Bars/Restaurants, Pizza, Coffee, Gas & Grocery Store. Close to boat rentals and slip rentals at Kimberling Marina. This listing had everything you need! All the little things you forget to bring, they had! The condo had all the little details that made it feel like home. We stay in the area a lot and have stayed in a wide range of price ranges and age of property - from existing construction to newly built units. This unit, by far, has been the most accommodating for a family with young children. Although not so family friendly that it would be off putting to a couple or older group. Audra has thought of everything you may need for your stay. The welcome treat was much appreciated after a long day of travel. We will be staying again in the near future!

Everything was amazing! From the moment we walked in, it was decorated so cute for Christmas! They had Christmas Antler headbands for the kids with popcorn and cheez its & a brand new Christmas game. There was a bottle of wine for the adults and a hot cocoa bar with cocoa and apple cider and different teas. The place was very clean and they had plenty of towels, blankets , pillows even a portable high chair if you have little ones. Lots of games and books for the kids. The beds were comfortable and the view of the bridge and the lake was very nice. We will definitely stay again!! Owners were always very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay. Especially if you want to visit Branson but not be in the middle of the overcrowded chaos! Also good access to the lake. The condo was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. There is some construction going on, but nothing that was inconvenient or noisy. We were told it will be a new bar/lounge/patio and restaurant for the condos. That will be a great plus for the condos when it's done. The host provided many extras such as a treat basket, a bottle of wine, coffee, tea, cocoa and cooking oil and spices. The beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there.
