I would like to thank the hostess Carella for the wonderful stay. The outdoor enclosed porch had two small tables and chairs, and afforded a magnificent view of the Sonoran landscape. There were several bird feeders set up outside the porch, which attracted a lot of different species of birds. There were also the unique Saguaro cacti visible from the porch. The house was cosy, comfortable, and super well-equipped. Every possible kitchen utensil, laundry supplies, linens, and other things, from walking sticks to binoculars, were available for our use. If I visit Tucson again, I would rent this property again.

This home is everything it advertises plus more! The house is clean, well stocked and the hosts are great. We really liked the decorations! The location, as mentioned by other reviewers, is wonderful. We enjoyed visiting Tohono Chul Gardens, Sweetwater Wetlands Park, and Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. What we loved the most was the desert-nature that surrounded this house. The views of mountains are fantastic. We spent mornings and late afternoons watching birds at the backyard feeders and in the neighborhood. Birds we saw included cactus wrens, gila & ladder-backed woodpeckers, northern cardinals, Gamble's quails & pyrrhuloxia. We would definitely return!

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway, hiking the Saguaro National Park and Sabino Canyon. Everything was provided for an enjoyable stay. The pool is even larger and nicer in person, and the view of the desert from the pool is amazing. We also enjoyed watching the sun rise over the desert from the breakfast table. The house was very clean. We didnt sleep on the futon, but I found it surprisingly comfortable to sit on. Small hiccup at check in that the hosts remedied quickly. They live onsite/next door but gave us total privacy. As another commenter pointed out, there is no door between the primary bedroom and the en suite bathroom.... you need to close the bedroom door for privacy. It did not bother us. We appreciated having the garage space to keep the car cool. I'd definitely stay here again.
