The complex is a small 22-unit building in a quiet neighborhood just north of LSU campus, with security gates ensure only tenants have access inside.
Guest Access:
In addition to your private apartment, you'll have access to the shared pool and patio, as well as one off-street parking space in our parking lot. Your additional cars can be parked on the street just steps away.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet and safe neighborhood, mix of grad students, younger students, and families. Steps from Tiger Stadium and Matherne's grocery store, Torchy's tacos, Starbuck's, fast food. Just 5 min south of downtown Baton Rouge, near to Mid-City restaurants and nightlife. Easy access to the highway and major hospitals.
Getting Around:
Walkable to LSU campus and necessities like grocery stores, restaurants. Easy access to highway. Public transit stops within walking distance. One parking lot space included, and plentiful on-street parking right on the block.
Other Things to Note:
Smoking outdoors is permitted and cigarette butts disposed of in the receptacles in the courtyard. Quiet neighbors and a small community feel. LSU football draws many fans to the nearby stadium for home games and tailgating. Traffic will be impacted before and after those games.

upon arrival it was a little sketch but once I got into the apartment it was fine. cons: if you plan on staying here bring you some face towels they don’t have any. luckily I always bring & use my own towels. I cooked while staying here & there wasn’t any dish towels either. they have a coffee station set up with only sweet & low sugar. there was urine stains on the toilet & hair all over the bathroom floor.pros: the location is perfect. the apartment was clean overall
