POOL HEAT – Additional service
Cost: $55/day (plus taxes)
10% discount for 3+ nights
15% discount for 7+ nights
20% discount for 14+ nights
Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
Must be requested 48h in advance.
Heater works through heat exchange and will not work in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
PET FRIENDLY
Bringing your furry friend? They are more than welcome! We allow up to 2 pets (up to 50 lbs each) with a pet fee of $149+ taxes.
We kindly ask that guests take responsibility for their pet, including cleaning up after them and preventing damage. Additional charges will be applied in case of non-compliance.
BBQ PROPANE TANK
The propane tank for the BBQ is an additional service priced at $65 + taxes. Guests may choose to bring their own tank or request ours.
DAMAGE PROTECTION (OPTIONAL)
We offer optional Damage Protection coverage for your stay for $79+ taxes.
This coverage helps protect against accidental damages and can help avoid potential extra charges. Many guests choose this option for added peace of mind during their stay.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. We loved the breakfast. The hotel amenities were perfect too.

This was a great pet friendly property. We stay at many pet friendly properties. We don’t expect them to be pristine because they are pet friendly. This place met all of our needs and was clean. The carpets were stained, but there was not any dog smell. My dogs are completely potty trained, but if they smell pee, they will sniff at it and that did not happen in this unit. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was amazing and the house was good. Next time I know to take all my own things for the club area other than that was great. When I go back next year this will be on my list of places to stay. The host was very attentive and answered all my questions and any of my concerns.

You couldn’t find a safer area! Well managed & maintained location, close to many attractions, private pool is just the right size and the condo is updated and the layout is perfect.
