TreeTops Forest Retreat

Quiet, private, plenty of dish/cookware, and towels, and a comfortable bed. Martin communicated well and property mgr Francisco was great, friendly and was quick to respond when we had a minor snafu with internet access. Only suggestion I have would be a new slipcover for the sofa. All else was great!

This is our third year staying here and intend to come back again next year. The house is perfect for two people and has everything you need. Located toward the center of the island makes it easy to ride bikes in any direction. I do think it would be helpful to have an instruction manual such as how to use the various appliances and hot tub and what to do when checking out.

For this place, in my opinion, all you need is the deck. I just loved the peace and quiet and watching the sunset, hearing the birds, the deer, the peekaboo view of the water. Mind you, I say quiet but you will hear boats and small planes overhead, as you probably would anywhere on the islands. And for being so close to the little Lopez Island airport, surprisingly few planes. Was easy peasy getting into the village. Kitchen very well stocked and nice modern appliances.

This property was truly above and beyond our expectations. Every detail from the towels, to the tea and coffee were top of the line. (Think Rolls Royce ) The privacy, the view and the hot tub were probably our favorite parts, but there was so much to appreciate, it’s hard to even narrow it down.
