La Villa des Abers (4-star holiday rental) welcomes you on the heights of Landéda: 200 m² with sea views, private heated swimming pool (May–end September), 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plage des Anges 700 m away, dunes/GR34/Sainte-Marguerite 5 minutes away. In the evening: fireplace, 2 cosy lounges and games room (pool table + table football). Wi-Fi, private parking & garage.
Ideal for family or friends getaways, the Abers villa offers spacious areas to gather, with spaces designed for everyone's comfort.
The living area is centred around a fully equipped kitchen, designed for meals with several people (central island with hob, dishwasher, Senseo + filter coffee machine, kettle), a lounge with a large dining table, and two cosy living rooms with large-screen Smart TVs. The working fireplace adds a real ambiance for your evenings.
The house is arranged on split levels (just a few steps): you access the 4 main bedrooms (3 queen beds and 1 room with 2 single beds). A little higher up, the dormitory / games room (4 single beds) with pool table and table football is perfect for children and teenagers.
For comfort, you have 2 shower rooms (including 1 with bath and walk-in shower) and 2 separate toilets.
Outside, everything revolves around the private pool and terraces: sun loungers, hammock, parasol, and charcoal barbecue, with a large 2,600 m² garden (unfenced). In summer, the poolside terrace becomes the heart of the house.
