About this house rental

Beautiful furnished house situated over the ocean, offering water views outside almost every window. Conveniently located and close to everything. Lots of windows with comfortable ocean breeze. Large living room/dining room with a beautiful bar, and 2 water view decks and a private front yard garden entrance. There is a jacuzzi in the master bedroom suite. You can enjoy the most incredible sunrises and catch wildlife: osprey, gulls, blue heron, cranes, ducks, and playful seals. This house will give you unforgettable waterfront living experience.

We loved watching the sunrises, birds and ducks. The eagle’s nest across the cove was a special treat. The host was very responsive and addressed issues quickly. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable; hot water pressure excellent. There are no bedrooms on the main floor, so I don’t recommend it for folks with mobility issues. The numerous nature preserves were fun to visit. Hoping to return next year. The tenant we met from the year round section of the property was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful view from deck, living room and main bedroom. Great to watch lobster fishing. Stocked with everything needed. Appreciate the coffee and snacks. House Needs updating. Would have liked better deck furniture.
