Originally built for Dub Rogers, a prominent figure in Lubbock's history who started the city's first TV station (KDUB, now KLBK) in the early 1950s and later served as mayor, this home has hosted numerous Hollywood elites and carries a rich historical significance.

The layout was perfect for families to have their own spot yet able to relax and catch up. Was in town for a funeral and honestly it was better than a hotel because we were all together. Loved the accommodations. Only issue was outside with the mosquitos and ants but that is nothing to do with the thought of all the amenities this host offered. They thought of everything! Would recommend 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay at Hollywood Hub in Lubbock! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and just a quick drive to Texas Tech, which made it very convenient for our trip.The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in.We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Lubbock and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This property was perfect for our multi-generational family get-together! 9 of us (20’s through 60’s) stayed in the house. There was plenty of room for everyone, even though we had several singles who got a bedroom of their own. The bedrooms are all very large, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and well-equipped with everything we needed.While there are a couple of thresholds to go over, our elderly parents who live in Lubbock didn’t have any problems at all rolling their walkers in each day.Trent is a fabulous property manager, friendly and quick to respond. We would absolutely stay again next time we can get everyone to come in!
