This luxurious home features 7 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms along with relaxing and spacious living spaces that are designed for the ultimate stay. During your stay you will enjoy 4 levels of modern convenience and comfort. The outdoor areas will dazzle you with amazing nature views.
THE SPACE
The home was renovated and completed in 2023 with approximately 5,000 sq ft of space including two outdoor patios. This home has everything you need for your trip. Come and enjoy some modern features while staying in the heart of Atlanta. Plenty of sheets and towels in the house for the entire group and the kitchen comes fully stocked.
This unique rental is perfect for families, groups, and business travelers. The home features a main living space with 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bath and a downstairs unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath that has its own access and a second kitchen. You can access the apartment from inside the house as well. That’s right, you get 2 fully stocked units and kitchens that can be used together or separately.
The outdoor areas feature a roomy deck with casual lounge seating, a pellet grill, a patio with dining, an amazing tree canopy, nature views and even cornhole. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to shopping, entertainment, dining, tourist attractions and transportation. Smart TVs are provided in every bedroom and living rooms.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire house and apartment. Short drive to Buckhead, Lenox Mall, Perimeter Mall, Brookhaven, major attractions, and highway access. Free WIFI access and dedicated work areas.
GUEST COUNT
Accurate guest count required by VRBO and insurance. Please make sure you enter the correct number of guests when you book the house. Include all that will be staying overnight or stopping by. If you have questions about this, message the host before booking. For example, if you plan on 1 person staying overnight and 5 people visit during the day, the guest count is 6 people. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays and 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM on weekends and holidays.
ADDITIONAL RULES
PARKING - Free parking on premises includes a 2 car garage and 4 additional outdoor parking spaces. Please drive very slow in the neighborhood as children often play in the cul-de-sac. No commercial vehicles, buses, large passenger vans, moving trucks, or trailers allowed!
NO PARTIES, EVENTS or LOUD NOISE - Noise detection devices are required on site by the city and it is unlawful for any person to make, cause or continue to make any loud or excessive noise which unreasonably interferes with the comfort, response, health, and safety of others. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund!
NO SMOKING, VAPING or HOOKAHS – This is a smoke free house inside and out! Guests may be subject to an additional $750 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable odor or evidence of smoking or vaping inside or outside the property.
NO PETS – Many guests have extreme allergies to pet hair and dander. We have made this home pet free in order to accommodate them. Guests may be subject to an additional $750 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable pet hair, dander, or pet odor.
WILDLIFE - The house is situated with a beautiful nature ravine in the backyard. At any given time guests may see a family of deer running through the area. We kindly ask that you DO NOT feed the wildlife. Wild animals have specialized diets, and they can become malnourished or die if fed the wrong foods.
NO PROFESSIONAL FILMING, VIDEOS or MOVIES without signed authorization.
DO NOT FLUSH feminine products, trash, paper towels, wipes, hair, food, cotton balls, swabs or other items labeled flushable. Guest may be subject to $500 plumbing fee if they stop up the plumbing system. TOILET PAPER ONLY!
To ensure a mutually beneficial and pleasurable stay for all, please treat the home with respect. All décor in the home has been inventoried by room so please be sure that ALL items in the home remain. The home is cleaned and inventoried after each guest and you will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
The host and/or homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. The host and/or homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Contact the host with any emergency situations.

We had a family wedding and needed a home to sleep 11 family members convening from all over the country. The house far exceeded our expectations in accommodations, finish out, cleanliness and kitchen accessories. The property was private, quiet and comfortable. We never ran out of hot water, everyone had their own space and the community rooms were enjoyable. Parking was easy but the driveway can be tricky at night to navigate. Definitley one of the nicest proprties we have rented from VRBO and we highly recommend!

House was prepared with everything we needed
There was good seperation of quarters for 3-4 families.
It's big , with lots of room for gathering.
We didn't get to use outdoors as there was alot of rain, the weekend we were there.
