About this cottage rental
Gather a group and take a special holiday in Croyde. This 5* luxury accommodation is suitable for a large party of friends and family as they celebrate a special event, host a reunion or enjoy the beautiful Devon coast.
This property has a modern and unusual exterior, and inside you’ll find an unconventional layout. On the ground floor there are two king-size bedrooms, one of which has access to the patio. Then there’s a family shower room, a utility room, a bar and a games room, which comes with air hockey and arcade games. Continue to the first floor to see an elegant open-plan living space featuring a dining table, lounge and kitchen. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar for casual snacking, and the whole room is a great social space. It’s full of natural light from the glass bifold doors, which lead to a balcony. This floor also has a children’s bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, decorated with pops of colour and finished with an en-suite shower room. Head to the second floor for the final two bedrooms: a king-size bedroom and a super-king-size bedroom, both with en-suites. You’ll have two balconies, one with rattan furniture, the other with a dining area. This property is completed by a patio garden, where you’ll find a gas BBQ for cooking up tasty treats when the weather’s fine.
There are plenty of great activities in Croyde and the surrounding area to keep your group entertained. The Sea View Slip and Slide is 500 metres away, or you can continue on to Croyde Beach (0.5 miles) for sun, sea and surf. Make sure you include a walk to Morte Point, 6.5 miles, where you can find wild seals and incredible views.

Had a lovely week in a smashing house in a nice location fairly close to the beach.Inclement weather may have had an impact on our excursions but the games room and the panoramic view from the living room/balcony more than made up for it all.Property was of a very high standard and extremely well maintained and presented.
