103 Island House is a well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom stair-free, dog-friendly flat, making it the perfect vacation spot for summer guests and snowbirds!
The open-concept floor plan features a living room with comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the private patio area through sliding glass doors. The patio features table and chair sets and a gas grill.
The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and the galley-style kitchen is outfitted with all you'll need to cook meals for your family.
The main bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV and a private, updated bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV and access to a hall bathroom with a step-in shower.

The Island House complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area. These Forest Beach villas on Hilton Head are just a short stroll to the beach or restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza.
Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities, just minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head Island. Bike paths on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

Wonderful stay in Hilton Head! My husband, 3 adult children, and myself came for an extended weekend over July 4th holiday. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us and the condo appeared as it was advertised on VRBO. We were a short walk to the pool, the beach, and Coligny Plaza. Sunset Rentals stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We plan to stay here again in the future.
