About this apartment rental

Sylvana and Philippe welcome you to a new, very comfortable studio of 26 m², on the first floor of a villa located in a relaxing place with nature in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment, independent with reversible air conditioning, comprises: a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, multi-function oven, refrigerator, etc.) and storage cupboards (various crockery).
The living/dining area includes 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 sofa and pull-out coffee tables.
The sleeping area includes 1 double bed, 1 rack with hangers and a dresser. Finally, a walk-in shower completes the equipment, separate toilet.
Outside, you will have a space to take your meals.
Shared access with the owners to the swimming pool (8 X 3.5). The house is located at the gates of Vallespir (hiking, mountain biking, river swimming...) in a green setting 20 km from the beaches of the coast, 30 km from Perpignan and a few minutes from the Spanish border.
10 minutes away, the site of the lake of St Jean-Pla-de-Corts allows many sports activities (tree climbing, water skiing, water games, swimming, etc.) and offers an idyllic setting for walks and jogging.
(10 minutes away, Céret, city of Art and Culture, awaits you for a refreshing visit in the shade of its hundred-year-old plane trees.
2km away, in Maureillas you will find essential services (doctor's/nurse's office, pharmacy, post office, mini-market, butcher's shop, etc.)
5 km from Le Boulou: all shops (hypermarkets, organic stores, gas station, etc.)
Non-smoking rental / pets not allowed
Sheets and household linen provided. Possibility to use the owner's washing machine for a long stay (1 week minimum).
