✦ Bedroom 2: Queen bed + Twin bed – ideal for parents and a child
✦ Bedroom 3: Queen bed + Twin bed – cozy and versatile for couples or friends
✦ Bedroom 4: Daybed with privacy curtain – three walls and a curtain create a semi-private sleeping nook
✦ Bonus Room (above garage): Three Queen beds – perfect for kids, cousins, or a group of friends to bunk together
❄️ Winter Note:
A snow removal service clears the driveway and walkway after snowfalls to keep your stay hassle-free.
-No commercial activities, illegal activities, or subletting are allowed.
-The number of guests must match the reservation. This can be changed up until the day of check-in.
-No visitors without approval—only registered guests may access the property.
-The hot tub cover must stay closed and secured with the strap when not in use.
-Pets are strictly prohibited—no exceptions. This includes emotional support animals (Incurs a $500 fine).
-No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors, but guests must clean up after themselves. Cannabis use is prohibited anywhere on the property.
-Late check-outs without prior approval may result in a charge of $35 per hour, as cleaning schedules must be maintained for incoming guests.
-ATV`s & Snowmobiles: Guests must not ride on neighboring private property and should go directly to and from the trails. We value maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, and guests are expected to respect their property and privacy.
-No Loud music or noises- respect the neighbors.
-No refunds for appliance, hot tub, sauna, or game failures (if applicable). No refunds for internet or power outages.
-Violation of these terms may result in eviction without refund and/or fines.
-A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking. A link to e-sign the agreement will be sent via message after your reservation is confirmed. Failure to sign the rental agreement may result in cancellation of your booking.
-Use common sense and respect of neighbors and property.

Beautiful home that was perfect for our family getaway! Host very responsive to any questions/needs during our stay and definitely made an effort to make the home feel very welcoming! Would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great—close to town and right near the snowmobile trails, which was perfect for our trip. The kitchen was well stocked, including a spice cabinet, which we appreciated even though we only cooked a couple of times. The hot tub was fantastic, and having a shovel on hand came in handy for clearing some snow and ice.The driveway was a bit muddy, but the garage was a plus. The bonus sleeping room through the garage is a nice feature; we didn’t use it since we had a small group, but it could be great for larger parties. Just note that it doesn’t have a TV or bathroom, and you access it via the garage and stairs.Beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels—including beach towels for the hot tub. The game room was a blast, though the floor is a bit cold and hard, so slippers are a good idea.Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay, and we would definitely rent this place again!
