We’re Proud to list Our Newest 2nd Home: A Luxury Oceanfront 1 bedroom suite on the 15th floor of the ever-popular Avista Resort in North Myrtle Beach. This versatile unit is perfect for any occasion: Family Vacation, Friends’ Getaway, Honeymooner’s Celebration or Anniversary, or even a Solo Ocean Retreat. The unit accommodates 4 guests comfortably, furnished with King bed in the bedroom and new Queen-sized sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the common area. The enormous Master bedroom offers complete relaxation, with the new King-size bed and large private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The Home also features deluxe upgrades including new A/C 2018, new furniture 2025, 2 Smart TV's 2024, a fully-stocked galley kitchen, and an in-unit washer/dryer!
Come relax & enjoy your morning coffee while watching the stunning sunrise or an evening cocktail watching the amazing sunset over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from the private, covered balcony!!!
Avista has so many great amenities, including a fitness center, a rooftop landscaped skydeck, a covered all-weather pool, outdoor pool, a fun kids' pool, multiple jacuzzi spas, lazy river ride, poolside café, on-site lounge & restaurant and more.
*All linens are provided* as well as having an in-unit Washer and Dryer
*Also provided are paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toiletries, etc. included in rental rate*
We do have Free SECURED Wireless Internet Available.
Also plenty of Free Parking - Parking Garage is across the street from Entrance, Has Security Gate to Enter Garage
This is a Non-Smoking, No E-Cigarettes & No Vaping Devices of Any Kind Condominium, No Pets Allowed (association rules).
MOTORCYCLES & SMALL TRAILERS ALLOWED
We do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age to rent our 2nd Home.
We also offer Wi-Fi and Cable (both bedrooms & living room have Smart TV's)
Avista Resort amenities include:
- Multiple Outdoor Pools, hot tubs, a kiddie pool and a lazy river
- Indoor Pool also with hot tub and lazy river
- Private Resort-side Beach area, for Avista Guests only
- 4 Restaurant/Snack Bars ONSITE
- Resort Gift Shop
- Private Resort multi-level parking with shuttle rides
- Fitness Center, accessible with key card
- Fun Resort Activities for Everyone scheduled throughout the year, many for free. There are hundreds of shops and dozens of restaurants to suit any taste (Seafood, Italian, Chinese, Mexican and many more). After your meal The House of Blues or Alabama Theater offer top rate entertainment for the evening.
If you want to venture past walking distance from the resort you can experience all the amusement parks, golf courses, restaurants, and attractions that Myrtle Beach is known for at Broadway at the Beach, the Boardwalk and Market Commons. Very near are also Pirates Voyage, Carolina Opry, Tanger Outlet Mall, Alligator Adventure, Restaurant Row, Walmart, Kroger's, Public's, Bass Pro Shop, Myrtle Beach Mall and more!!

Our hosts were fabulous. They are great to communicate with. Responded to every email question prior to our stay and then followed up before our trip in person via call to ensure all our questions were answered. We had a few suggestions about things that would add to the unit and they literally showed up the next day! We will definitely be booking with them again! The unit was beautifully decorated, fully outfitted and pristine! We will be repeat guests!

Beautiful beach views from the 15th floor. Clean room, security at facility, pools, lazy river, hot tub and a DJ by the pool on our last day. So much to do at the facility and within walking distance!
