About this apartment rental
Enjoy the views of a river cruise without leaving the couch! Our newly-remodeled apartment has picturesque views of the Fishhook River and Red Bridge. Take a stroll or bike ride down the Heartland trail, or head to the cutest downtown in all of MN - both just a few minutes walk away. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on your private patio, fish from the private dock, and don't forget to bring your fur babies along, too! Free laundry available on-site.
We have a full kitchen and coffee bar for eating in. Get cozy in the private bedroom with attached bath. Additional sleeping space is available on the fold down couch. Across the river you will find Heartland Park, which features pickleball courts, a basketball court, playground, frisbee golf, and the Heartland trail, which is great for a short walk or longer bike ride. In winter months the trail is open for snowmobiles. The trail goes to neighboring towns including Dorset, Nevis and Walker. If you plan to bring any larger watercraft and need a landing, there is one located in the park also.
The apartment is situated in the lower level of the building, which is also home to an office space on the main level. You will have a private entrance, patio, and dock which is completely separate from the business operations. The parking lot is shared during the regular work hours.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to stores and restaurants. The river provided a very peaceful place for morning coffee. Everything we needed with many special extras.

The place is beautiful and the lake right in front of the main entrance creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed by two comfortable living rooms that made the home feel warm and inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the utensils we needed, making it feel just like home.The coffee station was a wonderful touch, offering a wide variety of coffee choices along delicious treats that made us feel welcomed. Our communication with the host, Marie was also excellent. From check in to throughout our stay, messaged us to ensure our comfort. The only downside was the bed linens seemed as though they had not been freshly washed, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the house. I hope this can be improved for future guests.Overall, it's a lovely place for vacation.

*The property is in a great location - walkable to downtown coffee/ice cream shops - yet not too loud as it faces away from the street. *Check-in and check-out was easy using a lockbox and good directions by the owner. *Very clean property with enough towels and blankets. *already booked another stay!

Marie was very responsive and great to work with. The space was very comfortable and felt like a great home away from home. I love some of the restaurants within walking distance and an easy drive to Itasca State Park. We will stay here again.
