Carabeo 23 is a spacious and bright apartment of over 100 m² located in one of Nerja’s best areas, offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and direct access to the beach. Its excellent location allows you to walk to the Balcón de Europa, the old town, restaurants, shops, and some of the city’s most popular beaches.
The apartment features a cozy living room with Smart TV and Fire Stick, free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a dining area. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, 2 full bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 5 guests. The fifth guest can be accommodated for an additional fee.
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals during your stay and has access to the terrace and balcony.
You will also enjoy a pleasant covered terrace with large windows that can be fully opened, as well as access to a communal garden and swimming pool. Additional amenities include free on-site parking, elevator, washing machine, and Wi-Fi.
Pets are welcome with prior notice, as there is an extra charge. Families with children are welcome. Smoking and parties are not allowed inside. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee and subject to availability.
The beach is just 90 meters from the property. Carabeo Beach, Calahonda Beach, the Balcón de Europa, and the historic center are within walking distance, while the Nerja Caves are about a 10-minute drive away.

Excellent location, beautiful unit and very helpful owner/rental company. This unit is right in the heart of Nerja. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the very close beach access. Unit was super clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again when we are back in Nerja.

Good location of apartment overlooking pool and sea view. Fairly spacious, has sufficient amenities but a little dated. Good for a short out of season break.

This condo provided us easy access to everything we love. We walked to the beaches and out for food every night. It overlooks the ocean and provides amazing sunrises and sunsets. The grounds and building are very well kept by someone working full-time. The unit is quant and furnished that way. The beds are a little uncomfortable and the unit needs a good cleaning. We found things to be a little sticky and had a contact lens on our bathroom floor from a previous stay. None of us wear contacts. This doesn't bother us but might for some. There was an unexpected fee to receive the keys of 25 Euros. We thought this should have been incorporated into the price as it seems to be something we've not paid for anywhere else we are staying. She was also not very pleasant. Our best estimate to arrive between 4-6 as we travelled from Africa. We arrived at 9 due to a cancelled ferry from Tangiers. She was more than happy to give us some attitude as she took our money.
The host is very good. She is personable and quick to respond with help.

Pros: Host was very helpful. Apartment was very comfortable. Set between Burriana and Balcon de Europa 10 minute walk to both, with lovely views. Plenty of choice with restaurants & bars.
Cons: We enjoyed it all.
