What an amazing property and a lovely and accommodating host! The house has a great layout for multiple families and offers many amenities, including an impressive game room and kayaks. Breezy Point Resort is a walkable distance but far enough away that you have the privacy that the resort doesn’t offer. We definitely plan on returning!

Worked very well with the amount of people. Spacious but not too big. Enjoyed all the amenities. Great stay.

Very well thought out property for both groups and families. Host supplies so much to do between board games, kayaks, yard games, football, pool table and ping-pong table. The property is very well maintained. There's plenty of parking. Just a great spot.

The place was perfect with enough space for each person. The added features such as the garage area and outdoor area were put to good use as well. It was a wonderful stay!
