Welcome to 369 Spartina Circle! This modern luxury living is located just steps away from the pool and park at Camp WaterColor, a perfect spot for families to come together and relax. The spacious floor plan features a large living room for relaxing and enjoying your family. The full kitchen features custom finishes, stainless steel appliances, and large dining area for everyone to enjoy a family meal together. We really enjoyed the house! The bunk room was great for my daughters. Well stocked kitchen. Nice porches. Location was great for camp watercolor and easy access to Publix. With the house came with a few kids bikes too.

As always, every time we stay in Watercolor it does not disappoint. The house was perfect for our group, from its layout to the proximity to the beach. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a smaller house.

We have been vacationing on 30A for years, and you can't beat the location of this beautiful home. The furnishings are all high end, had everything we needed, and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable week! Thank you for opening your home to us!
