Building located 150 m. from the North beach, in the Voramar Urbanization that is on the 1st Line of the beach and 4 km. from the urban center.
COMPOSITION:
Apartment block with capacity for 4/6 people consisting of a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and a ceramic hob open to the dining room, two double bedrooms, a trundle sofa-bed in the living room, a full bathroom and a large terrace.
AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENT:
Elevator, swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15. At 100 m. restaurants, shops and small food stores. The building has all the services of Voramar, swimming pool for adults + children, tennis court (managed by the community). It has an unassisted car wash.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Equipment (except clothing in general), TV, Wifi, Water, electricity, cleaning in and out, use of the pool, 1 parking space per apartment.
NOT INCLUDED:
Possibility of renting bed linen at reception (€6/bed set and stay, direct payment). Towels for rent (€25 set of 5 towels direct payment). Cots for rent (€7/day direct payment). Extra bed for rent (€7/day direct payment). Stayed here in January. Great for walks on the beach with our dog. Not much open in immediate area but a short drive into Peniscola there were lovely restaurants open. The apartment was clean, good size balcony and good parking. In summer there will be loads of stuff open and probably too busy. No sharp knife. No kettle (normal for Europe). For what we paid for a week a really good find.
