Welcome! We welcome you and your family to come and stay in our cozy home! It is located in the center of Jacksonville in a quiet, well-established older neighborhood within minutes to many attractions. Upon arrival, you will find a three bedroom, two bathroom, HUGE kitchen with all the amenities, dining room for all to gather, screened in back porch (with ceiling fan), large fenced in backyard, and ample parking (even room for your boat). There are two queen bed bedrooms and one full bed bedroom to easily sleep six. There is a desk/work space for any work obligations to maintain while on vacation. There is a large, fully operational and functional kitchen for all your needs (pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, mixing bowls, crock pot, baking dishes, etc) to prepare a family meal. Enjoy the dinner together in the dining room with a full table for six and a bar area with room for five more. In the mornings, prepare your coffee (with coffee pot and Keurig provided) to sit on the screened in back porch enjoying the sounds of nature with the birds singing. Take a walk through the neighborhood or ride your bike (bikes not included) with minimal traffic and lots of side streets. Should you need to do your laundry, no worries, full washer and dryer to use in the garage.
When you are ready to venture out and explore, you are minutes from the mall (1.5 miles), movie theater (1.5 miles), grocery store (2 miles). You will be within 4 miles to Camp Lejeune main gate and within 7 miles to the Piney Green gate. You are approximately 25 minutes to the quaint town of Swansboro and 45 minutes to Emerald Isle for some beach fun! You are also 28 minutes to Onslow Beach (IF you have base access) and only 35 minutes to North Topsail Beach. Come stay with us to be close to the beach without the beach price! Come celebrate or visit your military family in our home!

Spent the Fourth of July holiday with family !!! Cooking and laughing as well as beaching it!! Loved this property has everything youneed for a fantastic vacation.

Super impressed with this home and the owners. It had everything we needed and more. Really enjoyed the outdoor space. It is super close to Camp Lejeune and so many restaurants and stores. It’s in a nicely maintained, quiet neighborhood. It had plenty of parking space and we felt very safe. Would 100% stay at this property again. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had before and during our stay.

Our family was looking for a place to relax and visit family. Tricia’s place provided just that. I would recommend it if you are looking for a place to get away and unwind.
