On the outskirts, 2.6 km from the centre of Heiligenblut, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.8 km from the skiing area. Private: natural state property 250 m2. In the house: WiFi, infrared sauna, sun terrace, central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.6 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Heiligenblut Pockhorn" 550 m, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km.
