4-bedroom apartment of 80 m², located on the 4th floor, able to accommodate up to 10 people.
It has two private covered parking spaces and two ski lockers.
The sleeping arrangements are organised as follows: Lounge: 2 sofa beds 140, bedroom 1: 1x180x200, bedroom 2: 1x180x200, bedroom 3: 2x90x190 (bunk beds) + 3x90x190 (bunk beds)
The apartment comprises two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, one with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with the following: filter coffee maker + Nespresso capsule coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Oven, Raclette machine, Fondue machine, pierrade, 4 induction hob rings, Dishwasher and two refrigerators.
The laundry room includes a washer dryer, high chair for child.
The apartment also includes 1 TV, wifi connection, a games console, numerous board games and benefits from 3 balconies with S/W and S/E exposure overlooking forest/hamlet.
Pets are tolerated and the apartment is non-smoking. Sheets and towels are not provided by default. This is an additional service offered by the agency.
The residence is located at the foot of the slopes next to the Chamois chairlift, 5 minutes walk from the centre of the resort.
In winter, ski back to the foot, the ESF is 10 minutes walk away.
In summer, mountain biking activity is accessible via the same chairlift, many hiking trails and an aquatic centre open during school holiday periods.
The spa is nearby and accessible during the winter season.
The restaurant bar brasserie des Granges "Le Kaktuss" welcomes you all day during the seasons.
The residence shop "La Grange Prapoutel" offers you for hire: skis, snowboard, snowscoot, sledges, scooters, snowshoes.
