We ask that dogs remain off all furniture or beds. Kindly clean up after your dog using the litter bags provided on the shoe rack by the front door. Once used, please tie the bag and place it in the outdoor trash box.

My stay at this beautiful cabin was exactly what I needed. Words cannot describe the views from the deck. It is breathtaking and out of this world. I would definitely recommend this awesome, comfy, clean cabin to anyone and everyone. U won’t regret it. The hosts were very reliable and friendly. Wish I could have stayed forever lol Carmie and Chip, thank you so much for having us stay in this beautiful cabin, you’ll be seeing us again for sure.

Please do not travel at night. Big mistake we made! Please use WAZE directions too! Mapquest will not get you there, and trust me when I tell you, you don't want to be in the mountains at night. Once we finally made it to the property, it was BEAUTIFUL! Breathtaking, and I can't wait to go back. The views were EVERYTHING, and the hot tub was a nice touch. We will be returning soon. Thx for the hospitality, Chip!

You know you had a good time when you are already looking forward to a return visit. There was so much to love about our visit to Sunset Peak. For starters, when my wife and I first walked through the door, the smell of fresh pine captivated our senses. We literally stood in the hallway and closed our eyes for a few minutes to take it all in. After our brief moment of serenity, we slowly walked towards the living room / kitchen area of the cabin and was blown away by the majestic beauty of the mountain ridge that was right before our eyes. I know the saying goes, "A picture is worth a thousand words" but in this cause, the pictures on the website don't give Sunset Peak justice. The views from the back porch and from the hot tub is spectacular. Chip and Carmie, you guys need to do a master class on how to host. Your attention to detail and southern hospitality really made our 20th anniversary trip memorable. Thank You for being so personable. Your calls, text and Ellijay area recommendations were welcoming. If peace, quiet and seclusion is what you are seeking ... LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS IT! Sunset Peak has every amenity you need and more for the perfect getaway. Peace. Quiet. Clean Cabin. Beautiful Rustic & Modern Decor and Majestic Views. Just Bring Food!
