This beautiful home features 2 bedrooms, both with a queen bed, and 1 bathroom, providing ample space for small family or 2 couples. The open concept living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance throughout. The modern kitchen boasts high-end appliances and plenty of storage for all your culinary needs. Step outside to your own private oasis, where a spacious lanai awaits. * Please be aware that during your stay, the homeowners may occasionally use the dock and walk through the yard. If you have a boat, rest assured that the dock is spacious enough to accommodate both. Thank you for your understanding!

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. A beautifully updated home in recovering Ft. Myers Beach. Located a bit away from main island traffic, but easy walk to restaurants and beach. The listing clearly indicated the impact to the area, so read the details. Many businesses are open (as of 1/24) and many are still in recovery. We found it was fine for our week long beach escape, and we highly recommend this property.
