The Space:
This 2,100 sq ft single-story home is built around natural light — large windows throughout, an open layout, and french doors off the primary suite that open directly to the backyard and pool.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Bedroom 1 — King, Smart TV, ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities; french doors to backyard
Bedroom 2 — King, two nightstands, full-length mirror; full hallway bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 3 — Queen
Bedroom 4 — Two full beds, ensuite with walk-in shower
All bathrooms stocked with Public Goods hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig, cookware, blender, and everything you need to cook a real meal. The dining table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the island — plenty of room for the whole group.
BACKYARD
The backyard is the centerpiece of the home. Private heated pool, outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, lounge seating, cornhole, and enough space to spread out. Pool heating runs $100/night and needs to be requested at least 3 days before arrival — see details in Other Things to Note.
A FEW MORE THINGS
In-unit washer and dryer, high-speed wifi at 938 Mbps, Sonos speakers throughout, and laundry pods, dish pods, trash bags, and a fresh sponge all stocked and ready.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home via keypad entry.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Reach out in advance if you need a different arrangement and we'll do our best.
The primary guest must be 25 or older to book.
Dogs are welcome — up to 2 dogs for $125 per stay. Dogs must be crate trained and we ask that you clean up after them in the yard.
No parties or events. The home has a Minut noise monitor (measures decibel levels only, does not record) and violations may result in termination of the reservation.
Pool heating is available at $100/night. The pool heats to roughly 20–25 degrees above the ambient temperature, so keep that in mind during cooler months — a 55-degree night gets you to around 75–80 degrees in the pool. We recommend heating between October and May. Minimum 3 days' notice required before arrival, and heating must remain on for the full stay.
One exterior security camera at the front door.
Parking for 2–3 vehicles in the driveway and garage.
Max occupancy is 10 overnight guests per city ordinance.

This house was beautiful and it was so easy to communicate with the host. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals and have drinks, the whole house was incredibly clean and welcoming, and the backyard was relaxing. I also loved that it was in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The pool didn’t heat up as quickly as we thought it would so we didn’t end up swimming due to what we already had planned, but the host was super quick to respond and get someone out to look at it to make sure the heater was working (it was). I would definitely recommend this house!
