The Shopkeeper's Oasis is a property on the state historic register right in the center of downtown Bennington. The former home of some of Bennington's most popular businesses, it has been converted into a lux apartment that fits the age of the property. Tastfully appointed with a mixture of locally antiques and artifacts collected over a lifetime.

Located mere steps from restaurants, shops, and breweries. Just a short drive to Mt Snow, Bromley, Stratton and Prospect Mountains.

This property is home to Haberdasher Wine and Provisions on the main floor, and the entire second floor is dedicated to the VBRO. Enjoy plenty of peace and privacy, while still being close to all the amenities that downtown Bennington has to offer.

Ideal downtown location and a classic yet comfortable decor make this a great choice in Bennington. The kitchen and bath are beautiful - throwback style but modern fixtures. Even loved the push-button wall switches. Reasonable rates too.

The apartment was even better than the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent for walking around. There is no other place anyone should stay in Bennington besides this place.
