With an open-plan layout, the modern kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, while the air-conditioned living room invites you to unwind with garden views. Two queen beds, two singles, and a sofa bed ensure everyone has a cozy place to rest. After a day of beach fun, rinse off in the second shower in the laundry, or fire up the BBQ for an evening under the stars.

Great location in hat head, everything within a minute or two walk. House is a good size and the yard is great for the kids. Only downfall was the cleanliness of the house.

Overall we enjoyed our Holiday at Stoutys, the location and yard was great. House was perfectly sized for our family and reasonably comfortable, the accommodation is just really tired! Paint pealing off every wall, the cook top/oven and BBQ don't work very well and just an overall feeling of a lack of maintenance. The price was very reasonable so i wasn't expecting to much but even the shower curtain was covered in mold which would cost under $20 to replace and make guest feel much more comfortable.
