About this apartment rental
Renovated and new apartment. (75M2 and 35M2 of terraces) with Garage.
Located less than 20 meters from the beach, you only have to cross the street before crossing the sand. This beachfront apartment has direct access from all rooms to the terraces with breathtaking views of the bay and exceptional brightness.
It consists of a beautiful entrance with many cupboards, a large double living-dining room with a sofa bed (sleeping 140) many chairs, a dining table for 6 people and a television.
You will also find a large kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer 2 doors, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, kettle, dishes and saucepan.
A bathroom and a separate toilet serve the two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed (160), equipped with storage space.
Landscaped terraces. (Sofa, armchairs, awnings, tables and chairs)
This apartment has Wi-Fi and individual central heating.
At the foot of the building you have a bakery, a tobacconist / newspaper and a beach and souvenir shop. You can walk to the supermarket just behind the building.
The TGV station of St. Raphael is 2 km away and Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport is 65 km away.
There are also many golf courses and a Thalassa Sea & Spa health center nearby.
Finally for your safety Capitol beach located in front of the apartment is monitored from 9am to 19:00 every day by firefighters.

The stay was very nice. The apartment and the location are wonderful. We are already looking forward to next year.

We stayed at this apartment with two adults, a teenager, a toddler, and a baby.
The view from apartment can't be beat! You can see the ocean from every room, and St. Raphael is on the other side of the bay as well. It's seriously right at the beach, so you can go for a swim whenever you want from the balcony without having to bring a bunch of stuff with you or planning anything.
Port Frejus is a really nice town. It has lots of good restaurants, but it's not so busy that you have to wait in line or something like that to get in. You can walk to St. Raphael in about 20 min. or the port is maybe 7 minutes walk away, where you can walk around and check out yachts and restaurants. (Which turned out to be really useful to get the baby to fall asleep because apparently, he hates the beach!) There's an old airbase that's been turned into a nature reserve about 15 min walk away where you can picnic next to some playgrounds or go jogging.
A big supermarket is one street back from the apartment, and there's a really good bakery called Secrets du Famillie up the block which you should definitely try out!
The kitchen and utensils are adequate to cook pretty much whatever you want, the fridge is big and high-end. The stove is induction and gets really hot.
We called Florence twice, and she answered once right away or the other time within a few minutes, so if there's any kind of problem, you should be able to get her right away.
We didn't use the living room as a bedroom, but the couch folds out. So, I think it would've been okay with two more people. The balcony is accessible from every room, so you wouldn' t need to wake the guys in the living room up in the morning.
My wife is starting to make fun of me because this review is so long: something about a director's cut version of a Ridley Scott film. I wasn't really listening =D
Anyway, it's a nice big apartment with a great location and you'll definitely have a lot of fun here. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better apartment than this one in Port Frejus!
