We had multiple family members from USA and Brazil meet at the house. The bed sheets and towels were good quality and the place was clean. There are multiple group gathering spaces which is really nice for a large group. One is inside with air conditioning. The semi-enclosed outdoor space is really nice and where we spent most of our time. The outdoor space overlooking the ocean is beautiful. It has a small but clean pool and a large deck with lawn chairs. The glass gazebo is a nice place to hang out when it is raining. The beach in front is nice and flat and big. The waves tend to be bigger in front of the house which draws a lot of surfers to that area and that was fun to watch them early in the morning.
We took advantage of the cook who cooked us a very lovely lunch and cleaned all the dishes. We also paid extra for cleaning twice. And the owner connected us with a massage therapist who came to the house. Everyday a man named Bill came to clean the pool and set up the outdoor umbrellas and sweep outside and take away all of our beer bottles. He also does maintenance on the house and is a very nice man and did a great job.
There were a few things that were surprising for us. When the air conditioning was not on, some of the rooms had a damp mildewy smell, which is not a big surprise given the climate. No ceiling fans, soap, replacement toilet paper, and we had to pay for drinking water. Minor things.
Overall we give it an 8 out of 10.

We had the best time! I highly recommend this house. Was a family vacation of 19 total we all settled in very well. There’s a plenty of space . Mari is amazing if communicate and Catarina she Saved our lives cooking for us she is a Wonderful human being and a cook of course! We all Enjoyed our stay.
