Located right next to the harbour, you'll enjoy all the amenities of the town centre and its shops, while having the beaches just a short walk or bike ride away.
The marina is just 200 metres from the house, with its shops, market and restaurants.
Le Croisic TGV station is 900 metres away.

In the centre of the Croisic peninsula and its wild coastline, close to La Baule, Le Pouliguen and Guérande, this is an ideal place to recharge your batteries between the sea and the salt marshes: La Baule and Guérande are 20 minutes away, Saint Nazaire 30 minutes and Nantes 1 hour.
The house has 2 floors and a surface area of 180m2. It sleeps 8 people and has 4 bedrooms.
It has a small courtyard and a lovely enclosed garden, shaded in summer.
