- A beautiful living space with an American kitchen with numerous equipment (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) and storage, a snack plan to work or have breakfast in complete peace of mind, sockets with USB and USB-C
- A lounge area equipped with a TV, a non-convertible sofa, an armchair and three ottomans,
- a bathroom with a very large Italian shower, vanity sink and plenty of storage space
- a separate toilet in the entrance
-A closed balcony for more comfort

-A sleeping area with two single beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and storage and sockets with USB and USB-C

We inform you that :
-A security deposit of 900€, via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival at our partner Swikly's site.
- the keys will be given to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and must be returned to the agency before 9 a.m. on the day of your departure.
- the apartment is returned to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict clause of no smoking in the apartment (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.), the sanction will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount.
This compensation will be used for cleaning up the apartment.
- Pets are not accepted.
