For entertainment, play away with the wake board boat or SUPs, or unwind in the family room with a 60" HD Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. With our high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV connectivity, you can easily access all your personal streaming platforms, from Netflix to Hulu and beyond.
The chef-worthy kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to entertain guests or enjoy a quiet meal. After a day of adventure on the river, retreat to the serene bedrooms, designed for restful seclusion and ultimate relaxation.

Access to the unit includes a 5 minute walk from the parking lot, across the footbridge, and down a ramp to the dock. Follow the dock pathway to the left to the last door on the left. Use keypad code (provided on day of check-in) to enter the premises.
Please carefully mind children and pets while on dock pathways, decks, stairways, and rooftop deck.
Guests have shared use with the sister unit of the rooftop deck, accessible by stairway and roof hatch. Each unit has an individual access hatch. Your rental includes use of the hot tub deck furniture, BBQ Grill, lounge chairs, and gas fire pit. Rooftop deck is reservable for private events by either unit. Unless reserved in advance, rooftop is shared between the units.
Bedrooms and full bath are on the entry level. Living area and kitchen are on the second floor with deck. Staircase adjacent to kitchen leads to rooftop hatch/deck.
Again, please mind children and pets on rooftop, decks, and pathways.
2 person kayak available at lessee's risk. Owner assumes no liability. Use caution, wear a life vest, and beware of river conditions, debris, other vessels, and water temperature (cold!!!). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Inexperienced seafarers use extra caution.
