Your vacation home on the 4th floor of the Berolina building,
plenty of space with 47 m² of living area for up to 4 people:
- Entryway with coat rack
- Living room/bedroom with a cozy chaise longue sofa, armchair, and TV
direct access to the furnished balcony,
sleeping area with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm)
- Separate room with a 160 x 190 cm bed and TV
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2-burner stove, etc., and dining area for 4 people
- bathroom with bathtub, shower enclosure, and toilet
Swimming in the on-site pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (rackets are provided in the apartment), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...
Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: a short, step-free walk from the parking space in the underground garage to the elevator and on to the apartment!
Important Information:
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony! The functionality of other areas of the building that are available free of charge—such as the swimming pool, garage, table tennis room, laundry rooms, etc.—cannot be guaranteed; these are therefore outside the owner’s control and liability and do not entitle guests to any reduction or cancellation of the rental price.
Additional Extras:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee). The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).
IMPORTANT—Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
