This large open floor plan chalet is situated on a sprawling secluded property bordered by two babbling brooks and miles of beautiful wooded trails. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck or relax in the evening around the fire pit.
Special features include electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, bar, pool table, theatre room, loft with twin bed, 4 private bedrooms, 2 full baths. Guests must have ability to navigate stairs.
Children can enjoy hours of outdoor activities in their own private playhouse with a two-story slide, basketball court, or fishing in the Brook.
Just minutes down the hill in the quaint town of Warrensburg, you can find several grocery stores, coffee shops, antiques and parks along the Schroon River. Lake George Village is 10-minutes away, with plenty of fun and entertainment for the entire family.
For families traveling together, we offer a 2nd house on the property...close enough to be together...far enough away to enjoy some separate activities as well. Contact me for adjoining listing on this site.

Max guests: 10
QUIET TIME FROM 10PM-7AM per town regulations: Any outdoor activity or noisy activities must be concluded by the posted times.
We appreciate guests who do their best to leave our home in the same or better condition than when you found it. We ask that you strip the beds, do the dishes and put out the garbage.

This was a great property. Everything was as described and Laney made sure we had all the info we needed! I especially appreciated that the kitchen had plenty of dishes, tools, etc. for anything we needed, which made a celebratory weekend more fun. It’s just as beautiful and secluded as advertised while still being close to anything we needed. There was so much to do between the bar, fire pit, creek, and more that we felt like we barely scratched the surface. We will definitely be back!

My family and I took our first ever family vacation to this location, and we cannot say enough how wonderful our stay was. The house was absolutely stunning from inside out, and coming in the fall was an amazing time to spend in Lake George. The house on the outside had two beautiful brooks and an amazing fire pit that we utilized most nights under the stars, and the inside was spacious enough to hold 8 people and not be on top of each other. The downstairs gaming area/theatre room kept everyone happy and entertained throughout, and the location was right near downtown Lake George giving us plenty of fun activities to do. The host was readily responsive when we needed her, and communicative throughout. We can’t say enough great things about this beautiful location, and definitely plan to be back next year to make this our annual family vacation spot. Thanks Laney!

Beautiful driveway except a low branch scratched my pickup as there was no way to avoid it. First impression is not the impressive looking house but a deck blocked off with yellow tape which means we're going to be paranoid all weekend about our kids going over there. Thanks for making your problem our problem. The pictures are misleading because there are several pictures of the deck with no issues in the listing. One picture is taken from the deck. House looks great and we really enjoyed the bottom floor pool table and movie room. Indoor staircases are steep and since there is no bathroom on the bottom floor you will use them a lot. That bottom staircase is unsafe if you are old or very young because there is no railing for the last couple of steps. House was fairly clean but there were issues if you looked. The downstairs bathroom floor was dirty. Bring your own Keurig. They do not have one. First time ever that has happened. Maybe we've just been lucky up until now.The master bedroom is up another steep flight of steps. You will get a workout. On the first night we were all awakened at 3:30 am because there carbon monoxide alarm starting chirping because of a dead battery. It took a while to find it and even when unplugged and battery out it kept chirping. I had to go put it in my truck. I messaged host and she bs'd me that the batteries were changed regularly. Not true because the batteries said Kiddie which is the brand name of the detector. They came in the box.
