The spacious bedroom comfortably accommodates two adults and features a queen-size bed with a brand-new foam mattress and triple-layer blackout curtains, ensuring restful sleep. The living room includes a 58-inch Roku TV equipped with local channels and streaming access (log into your own accounts). A pull-out sofa bed (smaller queen size: 72"x58") offers additional sleeping space suitable for shorter stays or older children, though please note it’s not recommended as a primary sleeping option.

Enjoy home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, cooking essentials, and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom is stocked with towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrushes, amenity kit). An in-unit washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Additionally, the spacious walk-in closet offers ample storage and extras including a dresser, hangers, yoga mat, iron, ironing board, laundry basket, umbrella, luggage rack, and vacuum cleaner.

You’ll have full access to the apartment through a private entrance, secured by an easy-to-use coded lock for self-check-in at your convenience. Street parking is free and generally easy to find (monthly street sweeping applies). Please note the front entrance is accessed by stairs on a slight hill and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

We kindly ask all guests to remove shoes upon entry—comfortable disposable slippers and a shoe rack with a bench and shoehorn are provided. Due to allergy sensitivities, pets and smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed nightly from 10 pm to 7 am, and parties, unregistered guests, or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please flush only toilet paper to avoid plumbing issues.

The apartment is not suitable for toddlers or very young children due to low window positioning. For your safety, an exterior security camera is installed at the front door.
