Your cozy getaway awaits in Fredericksburg at this fantastic bed & breakfast. Sleeps 12-15. Sleeps 12 people with beds and three with pull out bed/hide beds. Hide beds and pull out. Beds are good for young adults and children. . Offering 6 separate sleeping areas with 3.5 bathrooms . Guests can enjoy a spacious living room which connects to the kitchen & dining room for social gatherings. The living room offers a Smart TV, bar table and ample seating for all. The back porch provides a very similar seating for your social gatherings . Including: tv viewing, play games, cooking on the grill and enjoy the pergola hot tub with serving table. This charming property offers off street parking up to 8 cars and unlimited off street parking. Amenities : iron, heating, hair dryer, AC, washing machine, and WiFi. This location was amazing! While I did see the pictures, I feel like it was way bigger than expected! It was great staying here & Joe is an amazing host. This location was not far from everything and was perfect for the 9 of us. :)

The house was amazing for our weekend stay in Fredericksburg with our basketball team and Joe was very welcoming and attentive to our needs during the stay! 10/10 recommend!
